Dr. Kalyan is great. She helped resolve my infection and cared about me as a patient. Her office manager Michelle is fantastic getting me in and seen quickly.
I have been waiting for about 3 or 4 years to say all of this. Dr. Kalyan started out seeming like she cared but in the end she didn't care at all. In my medical records it specially states that I have Munchausens Syndrome meaning that I cause this myself and can apparently cause mrsa cultures to be positive!! I guess that I'm a miracle worker. My medical records, which I received very very few of, had nothing good to say about me. They made me look like I have psychological problems and she specifically stated that I caused... read more
Dr. Kalyan is excellent! Her immense knowledge coupled with her caring nature was a welcomed relief! Her assistant, Michelle, goes above and beyond helping facilitate appts, tests, referrals etc. We HIGHLY recommend this Dr and practice any more!
She doesn't communicate with patients very well. I felt like I never knew what was happening, and if I asked her questions I got very simple answers. She also wasn't very thorough in checking over my family member (who she was treating in the hospital). They was no response to medications she was prescrbing and she was unwilling to change course of treatment.
