I would give them zero stars if that were an option. The employees at Kalsee are uneducated and ridiculous. I never wanted my auto loan through them to begin with, but got stuck with them. This is the worst credit union and they are not interested in helping, only selling ridiculous options that make ZERO sense. What a waste of time and money. I will never recommend this credit union to anyone.
