Dr. Thakur and her team are the best. They have always taken great care of my family, and I have recommended other to see her. She is really knowledgeable and understanding.
I didn't get any information from this office to tell me that they close the office today because of the bad weather，on the contrary，I received their email to confirm the visiting. I still went there today in a heavy snowing，I was stood up. I am not sure other patients situation？Am I the only one？
Dr. Thakur is a very good doctor. Very thorough and she has done a great job treating my severe illness. Highly recommended.Her staff , BRANDY AND SUE ARE THE BEST . They are also very accommodating, accurate and very thorough.

My experience with Dr. Thakur's office has been a PROFOUNDLY NEGATIVE ONE! I originally scheduled an appointment for April 9th at 11:00 a.m. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the ER. I tried to call these people, but every time I did, some girl who barely spoke English answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible and then put me on hold. They left me on hold indefinitely!
