Dr. Thakur is a very good doctor. Very thorough and she has done a great job treating my severe illness. Highly recommended.Her staff , BRANDY AND SUE ARE THE BEST . They are also very accommodating, accurate and very thorough.

My experience with Dr. Thakur's office has been a PROFOUNDLY NEGATIVE ONE! I originally scheduled an appointment for April 9th at 11:00 a.m. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the ER. I tried to call these people, but every time I did, some girl who barely spoke English answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible and then put me on hold. They left me on hold indefinitely! I am trying to get in touch with the clinic for changing the blood test clinic. Made 3-4 calls to the clinic, no one answers. Once the receptionist kept me on hold for over 16 mins. Emailed them twice, still no response. Not sure what is going on with them. Dr was good at the time of the app.

Worst Receptionist ever.. She don't know how to talk to pateints.... I cancelled an appointment due to some family reasons, she asked me "Why did you cancelled the appointment, did you find another doctor"... Excuse me that's none of your business ma'am you are not supposed to ask me. Also they never answer my calls when i called and left couple voicemails about a referral form, She was like "you never answered my call" how rude , well she only called once on Nov 15th 2023 at 4:50pm, which i gave her a call back at 4:52pm...... read more
