Great customer service!! glad I put down few hundreds so they could reserve the car I wanted while I supposably went to the bank and got all the money for it :) wouldn't wanna make the mistake on not putting down anything.. highly recommended
When you guys sell a car to somebody else that 2 people are looking at, a courtesy call would be nice so they don't have to drive all that way for nothing. Or maybe hook them up with another vehicle since that one got sold. A little courtesy goes a long way. I completely understand that no deposit means no guarantee the car will still be there even an hour later.
