I use to live here before and i loved it. 2 blocks away from downtown and 2 blocks away from the beach what's not to love. Over the years rent started to increase which is to be expected but, when they did a whole remodel in each unit they increased it exponentially. I decided not to stay and move. I am still shocked that they didn't fully give the place a full remodel it's disappointing.

Jim is a buttcheek swimmer. He takes pictures of our scooters left on the sidewalk, the trash (it is just trash in there), and us without permission. Once I was riding my bike in the parking lot and he was staring at me shirtless! World's most disgusting thing. He has a red face and white hair. He gives me the most ugliest dirtiest stare in the whole universe.

The guy who lives in room 12, Jim, he hates me, because im a kid. He called the cops on us, and threw our toys in the trash.
