We had a great experience at Kalona Auto. Everyone was nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. We are usually not a big fan of the car shopping/buying process but the service here was excellent all around and Gary got us a pizza as we came during lunchtime from this awesome Greek restaurant across the street. We would recommend anyone in the market for a car to come here!

Bought my Ford Edge from them this summer and very happy with it. Had to rotate my tires and the locking lug nut tool was missing. Called them and they took care of it! Very happy with how I was treated!
