Great location. That's literally it. Bad maintenance. Terrible management. Way overpriced for the quality of apartment. Dogs run and poop in the basketball courts when there's a designated zone right next to it. Apartments are old and trashy and they charge as if it's new and modern. Not worth it whatsoever.
Brandt has been extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond each time I’ve needed to submit a maintenance request.
I lived at this property for nearly a year, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The most serious issue was the completely unsecured mailboxes, which are broken into almost daily (and exposed- slots are open allowing for easy access to steal keys for packages) for the entire time I lived there. Multiple residents—including myself—had mail and packages stolen, amounting to hundreds, even thousands of dollars in losses. Great chill comfortable place. Leasing manager was probably the most understanding and helpful person I've met also to include the rest of their staff. Highly recommend this place.
