Lived in these apartments for over a year and when I moved out I accidentally had mail delivered to my old address and they claim they have no ability to get my packages and do nothing other than leave a voicemail for the new resident. To think they do not have an extra key to a mailbox to grab a box labeled to a previous tenant. Watch out when you move out don’t want your stuff to fall in a black hole.

Moved in here a few months ago, I would caution you to see the EXACT unit you are renting as there was misinformation provided to us. We expected a renovated unit like the first picture and walked in on move in day to a very dated apartment (see photos). The complex offered that we could move out or transfer units (carry all of our furniture down 3 flights of stairs into another apartment). Disappointed.
I lived here for three years and really enjoyed it. The location is great and it’s a 15 minute walk along the trail to see prairie dogs. The fitness center has a good array of equipment for how small it is. I only ever had positive experiences with maintenance and they fixed things quickly. It is expensive but unlike most places, you actually get what you pay for. The manager Jennifer and her team here are absolutely fantastic! It’s hard to find maintenance this good, especially at such a large apartment complex. I would give them 10 stars if I could! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful every time I call or need anything. Everyone here truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. We’re definitely planning to renew our lease when the time comes. Thank you, Kallisto team, for being so amazing at what you do!
