So far all is good great neighbors great staff. Police patrol every night safe and quiet
Talk about a bait and switch. Came to tour 2 bedroom units and the one we saw looked NOTHING like the photos - extremely dated, dingy, and cramped. The “patios” for garden units have ugly concrete walls and are barely wide enough to fit a chair. The young man offering us a tour, though courteous and polite, at one point said the renovated units had stainless steel. However, when he showed us the “renovated” unit it had black appliances, and he tried to backtrack by saying that stainless steel appliances are rare in old units... read more
I did a tour with Jessica and even though my move in date is for 5 months out she was super informative and friendly. I will definitely be choosing Kallisto because of her!!
I have lived at Kallisto at Bear Creek for 3 years now, and I have had a great experience living here. I love the easy access to the Bear Creek trail, and the close proximity to the mountains, Red Rocks, and many hiking trails. In addition to its location, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are gorgeous (the gym here is great) and there are 2 pools, one open year round. Nice place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The office is responsive. Maintenance comes in a quick timely manner and does a great job. Grounds crew always takes good care of the property.
