I bought multiple pieces of jewellery from the Kalli James when they first opened and their jewellery genuinely does not tarnish. They warn me it might change colour/ tarnish but it did not happen 4 years of every day use and they are perfect. all the jewellery is the same colour as the day I bought it. Their prices have not changed either. All their staff are soo lovely and accommodating. Today I got a bracelet and the custom fit everything to my wrist and style.
I had a brilliant experience with James and Kalli. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome. No pushiness whatsoever, just a sincere “how can we help?” vibe. Watching James repair my pendant right in front of me was really reassuring. He was not only skilled, but also super friendly and easy to chat to. Honestly, just a really comfortable, trustworthy experience. I’d happily recommend them to anyone. Thankyou legend

My adult child and her friend went here today and had such a great time. It’s obviously a very special place that makes you feel deeply connected to the experience they are sharing. Lovely timeless pieces selected by them both. Highly recommended.
