What a great experience and by chance I and my wife visited this jewellery store at Eastland Shopping Centre. We were looking for a simply black bracelet for our adult son, with a particular size required. Well, these guys were amazing with their service offering and the product. James altered on the spot within five minutes, taking a couple of chain links out and we were ready to go. Kalli James Design are so customer focused and simply a pleasure to shop there.
