Amazing experience. I came across this store looking for specific jewellery, when I couldn't find what I was looking for Kalli James offered to make pieces to my exact specifications on the spot, she worked with me to create beautiful pieces that suited my style and offered her expert knowledge in the design and care process. Very patient and professional.
Got my bracelet shortened which was purchased from another Jeweller. Had an amazing experience from all 3 staff working today, the younger girl helped my girlfriend with the customisation, and the older gentleman and lady were very informative about what they were doing, and were very comforting and conversational while they were soldering and cutting the links. I have never wrote a review before but they definitely deserved one.
Amazing service and transparency, could not recommend more highly. Great friendly and professional team also.
