Got my bracelet shortened which was purchased from another Jeweller. Had an amazing experience from all 3 staff working today, the younger girl helped my girlfriend with the customisation, and the older gentleman and lady were very informative about what they were doing, and were very comforting and conversational while they were soldering and cutting the links. I have never wrote a review before but they definitely deserved one.

I was gifted a bracelet from my boyfriend in 2024, and since then both my boyfriend and mum have continued to add charms to it over the past couple of years. It has become incredibly special to me.
