Kalles is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered! They have all the condo association records on site. Yet when I need copies so I can sell my condo, they refuse to provide the documents and are forcing me to use a website called condo certs to get documents required to sell my condo. And you know what condo certs makes you pay to get these documents??!! $750! That's right!!!!! Before you can sell your condo, you have to pay $750 to get the documents that Kalles has on site.
