Manager was rude when I asked for a refund on a spa day that could only be performed on one day each week. I have other options for salons and if theres a problem, they are kind. Kalista could use some grace.
Love this place!! The girls are all so nice and accommodating and it’s a great atmosphere !!! I just love going there!!!
I called into Kalista on a Saturday to book a last minute massage appointment. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and took my information. Within a few minutes the massage therapist was calling me to get me in that morning. She did a wonderful job and I am feeling much better. Thank you so much!
I went in for a color and smoothing treatment and those girls literally changed my life! I have never had hair so smoothe! I am now a forever customer!!
