The dealership contacted me about the advertised VW TDI. It is one of the emission recalled TDIs. VW doesn't want the car to be sold until the emissions are corrected. At present there is no fix for the emission problem. No fix on the horizon for the 2010-2014 vehicles. Why is it listed? I would like to buy the car as is!

Sales returned my call and I did a site visit, however I asked for price reduction and the common response is all prices are fixed to reduce the bidding war..That is not a quote, but in other words it is what it is no negotiating. A day later Price dropped a $1K.
