One star is too many. I had them as a firm and was dealing with Jane Yu and Amanda Rosenberg. I would email them and it would take them anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for them to respond. And then when they do respond it's extremely short and doesn't ever clarify anything. On top of that when you call them you will leave message after message after message.
