In a nutshell I would say the products I received are great but the service was definitely lacking!! Here's the long version: I bought thousands of dollars worth of wood flooring at this store. Scott is the only worker there. I was never called to be informed when it was ready to be picked up. I had to call myself weeks later and check on it. We bought some hardwood flooring from them and had them refinish some that was already in the house. They matched it perfectly! We are very pleased.

I shopped everywhere looking for the best price on flooring for my basement. Kalia's pricing was very competative. The designers knew so much about the product that I would never buy my flooring from anywhere else.
