Absolute idiots, insisted on arguing at every phone call, refused to review Virginia code on issue, refused to submit bills to other insurance company, refused to take to court - which was required based on the evidence. Cannot reply to e-mail in timely manner, and absolutely refused to stop calling and e-mailing after they were told they were FIRED...delay delay delay.... did NOTHING for me, even after ALL bills for medical, and code of Virginia was presented to them regarding this case.
