Last night Chef Joey's Chef's Dinner (which occurs on the last Thursday of each month) was outstanding. They just keep getting better and better. She Crab Bisque with huge lump crab meat, Loup de Mer, Clams and a sauce destined for soaking your bread, Veal Tenderloin wrapped in Prosciotto and an absolutely fabulous Apple Cake with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream - did I mention all Joey's ice creams and pastas, etc. are made from scratch!
