What a complete waste of time. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel I’m begging for a basic service and the employees' attention. For nearly a month, I have been reaching out for assistance, only to be shuffled from one person to another in endless phone calls. I met with the same lack of attention and responsiveness each time. We are very happy with Kaleidoscope Mansfield! My son has been attending this program for about five months. The BCBAs and Behavior Techs are wonderful! They are able to accommodate all skill levels. We really like how they have different schedules (mornings, afternoons, or all day) so that my son can attend preschool as well. 5/5 stars Highly recommended
