Way over priced , Kale wanted to charge me almost 900$ for a part that cost 250$ and the rest towards labor . I ordered the part myself and will have it replaced within 15 -20 minutes too . Shame on Kale for attempting to rip off customers who lose their heat in the winter time . I know prices go up but nobody deserves to make 650$ for 15 minutes or even an hour of work . That is high way robbery .
I can't say enough good about "Kale Heating and Air Conditioning". From the 1st phone call, every step of the way has been great! They were fast and efficient from the office people to the estimator to the installers. All top of the line. This is a great family-owned company. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
