2016Sept18 ~ Coffee was fine, but our table of 4 was bullied by Tammy, one of employees, about the use of an umbrella... She, without a solution, was verbally aggressive on the use of an adjoining establishment's umbrella... She appeared, shared her non-professional verbal skills and left... Kaldi's Coffee, in Kirkwood MO, might consider helping Tammy with her customer approach... �
Love Kaldis in Kirkwood. The staff is always super nice and they know my name ;) (bonus) They have some really great eats my favorite being their crustless quiche! I drive quite a ways to get here on a regular basis so that should say something right. :) �
I couldn't ask for a better hometown coffeehouse. The people are fun and friendly, the coffee is good, I just wish they had a location closer to me. Oh well, this is good enough for now.
Love Kaldis. Love the atmosphere. Love the Frozen Chocolate coffee. Would love the breakfast burrito and the quiche if the heavy-handed pepper wasn't included. I would give 5 stars if the pepper wasn't so dominant in certain dishes. Heavy pepper not needed; detracts, doesn't enhance.
