While working away from home, I found myself needing to get medical care for a stubborn cough that I couldn’t shake. Piedmont prompt care at Butler creek is my go to place if I can't see my regular physician. I recently went for a Uti and was promptly seen. A PA named Katie addressed my concerns and was very thorough. She prescribed an antibiotic and said she was going to send it off for a specific culture and call me when it came back to make sure this antibiotic is the best for my Uti. Waiting area clean, professional and friendly front desk personnel. Intake Nurse and provider were caring , knowledgeable and professional.
They are always my 1st option. I love the staff. Sometimes the wait be a little longer than others.
Reception was great. My nurse Daniel was a godsend, truly a walking angel. I was very upset and scared when I came in and he was so patient and gentle with me. His kindness was very much appreciated. The Dr. was fine, brief but fine. I was still tearful but ok when I was recommended an IV for dehydration. I agreed and a dark skinned black lady with natural black hair in a ponytail was much less than hospitable. She had been giving dirty looks since I walked through the back.
