Joined a men's group here on a whim just to have a group to talk to about what's going on with me. It has been so refreshing and I always leave the session feeling better than when I arrived. Seth does a fantastic job.
The therapist we met with lacked basic attending skills like empathy, warmth, and positive regard. Overall it was an extremely negative couples counseling experience.
Emily is outstanding. I never thought I could look forward to therapy before or enjoy my time in therapy, but Emily is the best therapist I've had. She is kind and compassionate. You can tell she is definitely there to help you and work with you. I appreciate her and the Kalamazoo Therapy Group so much. I look forward to all the future appointments I have here.
10/10! My wife and I worked with Kelsey Nimmo for a year and we couldn't have asked for a better therapist. Kelsey helped us deepen our friendship, find better ways to communicate, and work through many hard transitions as they unfolded in real time. We always felt safe and supported and appreciated that she felt like a partner, rather than an observer. We're so sad she moved her practice to Kalamazoo but we're forever grateful for her support and lasting impact. We highly recommend Kelsey.
