By communicating with their clients. I’ve been waiting for months to hear if I will ever get a mortgage. No word. I have called a dozen times. It’s extremely rude and a poor way to do business

Yes!! From the moment I made the call the process started!! From Brian the manager who get me in with Eric who got me in with Jodi and helped work on the credit with both who got me over to Nate and then co-worker with Jason and Nate. Nate made sure it happened no matter what it toke and dealt with me calling him constantly especially at the end. it was a tiring process but so worth it in the end. Thanks for all you did. We know it wasnt easy Nate but we are very grateful for you!!!
