I was the seller of a home and the buyer had Kalamazoo mortgage as there lender... All I can say is wow!!! After they told us we had a clear to close the day of closing came and that morning we got a call saying they where not ready yet... I felt bad for the buyer who had already had everything ready to move in that day and even gave there notice at there previous apartment. I rate Kalamazoo Mortgage like a Tank Battle. A Tank is all about teamwork. Heres the break down. The Tank Commander- the Underwriter. Gun Loader- myself. Gunner- Dwaine. Radio Operator- Malissa. Driver- Eric. The Tank Commander woould direct the movements, listen to radio messages and tell the Gunner where and when to shoot(which meant more documents required)The Gunner aimed and fired the Main Weapon (more documents required).
