Poor communication and definitely did not feel like a priority. Took our business elsewhere.
I closed on my first home today and I'm so excited to purchase a home for my children! As a single Mom, this home buying process was very intimidating. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and I owe it all to Kalamazoo Mortgage. What an extraordinary group of individuals.
All the staff were helpful and kind. It was stressful having to deal with credit issues, but Eric made it as easy a process as was possible. We bought our first home 7 months after first sitting down with Kalamazo Mortgage. We would recommend them to everyone!
