Been trying to get services transferred and started for 6 months. 6 months! We have since seen 1 case manager 2x after being rescheduled for "family emergencies" 7x and a new case manager 1 x with her now starting the family emergency reschedules. I thought Kalamazoo had it together better than this. We are drowning out here and You Are supposed to be our life boat. Well, you have a giant hole and we are all sinking together I guess. Thanks for nothing.
Some workers are good some need more experience dealing with the mental health issues I've had good experiences and I've had bad experiences but being a client I'm grateful they still have service.
This organization should be Ashamed of themselves. Train Wreck! Insane services of Kalamazoo
Love love love this facility all of the employees
Horrendous and unethical practices. They are not transparent with fees. Was told upon enrollment my insurance would be billed and then I receive a bill for over 2k for 2 visits and original enrollment. Sessions were completely useless. Stay away go anywhere else. Regret seeking services with IKS.
