Love love love this facility all of the employees
Horrendous and unethical practices. They are not transparent with fees. Was told upon enrollment my insurance would be billed and then I receive a bill for over 2k for 2 visits and original enrollment. Sessions were completely useless. Stay away go anywhere else. Regret seeking services with IKS.
Hey so my therapist Esmerelda is the best therapist she's usually located else where but today she's at burdick. She's amazing I highly recommend!
I've tried to recieve help 3 times throughout my adult years with ISK. In the past they actually seemed more organized, had better staff and more staff, and somewhat caring and compassionate office workers and psychiatrists and physcologist's. Excluding the phone operator that hung up on me over and over to the point another worker had to apologize on their behalf.
