This place is ridiculous. I have been trying to get my child in for PCIT & we were referred here by the doctor due to specifics on insurance & them being one of the local ones who accepted the said insurance. They had gave us the run around initially - telling me they do not accept her insurance, then telling the social worker at the doctors office that they do. I love the friendly staff at Kalamazoo Child and Family Counseling! They have been super helpful with our family and helping to give us the tools we need to handle the tougher times in our lives. I highly recommend KCFC.
The agency and the therapists serving children and families are truly top notch. I am a therapist in a different community and I never hesitate to refer children, especially very young children to Kalamazoo Child and Family Counseling.
