Called multiple times to ensure my EAP referral was received. The front desk was very friendly and assured me it was finally received. She told me I would receive a call by early the following week, since the referral specialist was off. That was now nearly 2 weeks ago. Dealing with mental health, and you can't even, at the very least, make contact for a child in need of services?

Horrible rude front staff, give bad information, bad attitude with rude looks, a passive aggressive therapist is a red flag to me. Also cancelling appointments over paperwork that was in the process of being brought to them. Rescheduling other appointments and have them canceled by staff with out informing me and purposely causing delays in my child's therapy and refusing to make an appointment by not answering me due to their ego. This place is ridiculous. I have been trying to get my child in for PCIT & we were referred here by the doctor due to specifics on insurance & them being one of the local ones who accepted the said insurance. They had gave us the run around initially - telling me they do not accept her insurance, then telling the social worker at the doctors office that they do.
