I was amazed. I went to get an appointment because I had a medical follow up from the company I work for. Ms Kalady was able to work me in. Very professional and efficient. Very friendly and they made me feel like they cared.

Dr. Meg has been my audiologist for over 4 years. She possesses a keen desire to know her patients as individuals, utilizes the most modern audio-evaluation processes and does not overwhelm you with technical gobbledygook. She provides knowledge and options for you to evaluate and select what is best for you. Her motto should be “HEAR Here!”
I'm new to hearing aids and Dr Kalady spent time with me in programming the aids and training me on the maintenance I need to do between visits. I highly recommend Dr Kalady.
There is no doubt in my mind that Meg Kalady puts her clients needs first. She will knock your socks off!
