She asks all the right questions, explains everything carefully, is patient with my questions, and encourages my participation. Couldn’t ask for more.
Since moving to the area, Dr. Kalady has been so helpful in providing care and maintenance of my hearing aids. When I have visited the office, I have always been met with positivity, expertise and compassion.

I was referred to Kalady by my PCP. I had a good overall experience. The exam was thorough and all of the staff was polite, helpful and provided me their full time and attention. They did not attempt to sell me on any products. They provided the exam and answered my questions. I will continue to go back for additional exams in the future.
Very thorough and concerned about customizing hearing aids to optimize my hearing. Huge change in my hearing ability with the hearing aids Dr. Kalady provided. Friendly staff, beautiful office.
Dr uses the real hearing test suggested by Dr. Cliff to make sure you’re hearing heads are tuned properly. I don’t believe anybody else in the area uses this test.
Traveled from Myrtle Beach SC to Kaladay Audiology in Beaufort SC, (~3.5 hour drive) who are in the Hearingup network for what I thought would be the best procedure for hearing aid fitting. After the $403.00 audiogram and programming and I ended up with: loud in both ears, constant noise in left ear, when volume was reduced, speech was non-intelligible, TV streaming was too loud and when reduced, non-intelligible, could hear myself breathing and voice when talking and all sound was echoed and tinny.
