Dr. Kalady did an excellent job explaining everything that the tests results revealed. She even called my Hearing Aids factory to get detailed information so that she could make sure my hearing aids were performing to top standards. Her state of the Art Equipment equipment gave us plenty of information which she showed me in detail where my hearing problems were. I have been with Dr. K for almost 3 years starting with the hearing evaluation and fitting of new hearing aids. I found it to be a bigger adjustment than anticipated to wear and use them. Dr K would patiently listen and answer Each and Every question. I’m new to the idea of acknowledging my hearing loss. Dr Meg conducted the most diverse array of testing I’ve ever had. These tests were eye-opening. It helped me to understand my hearing loss more thoroughly and thoughtfully and make a plan for how to proceed. I would recommend Dr Meg to everyone.
