Stood in line for about 10 minutes before I placed my order. Waited for my drink for about 10 minutes before they told everyone the espresso machine was having issues heating up and getting to the right temperature. They said it would take about 5 minutes for the machine to heat up. After 5 minutes, it was still not hot enough. It's Starbucks but Alaskan. Coffee used to be better, and sometimes is still good, but overall it's just a good place to meet someone for a discussion while still technically supporting a local business
FANTASTIC lattes, amazing breads!
If you are expecting average service, then I would go somewhere else. They are chronically understaffed. It takes 20-30 minutes to get a drink and a heat and eat sandwich.
