I recently visited the Kaladis in Huffman today (12 SEP @1703) and I experienced some of the worst customer service. The barista looked annoyed when I walked up to the counter, she was not helpful when I was ordering, and was inconvenienced when giving me my order. I am all about supporting my local Kaladis but I will never go to the Huffman storefront again. I will stick to my Jewel Lake Kaladis where it is inviting and the staff is kind. Thanks!
They gave me my sandwich and the sausage was cold so I asked them to heat it up again and they we’re having the biggest attitude ever. I got my sandwich back. It was burnt so I asked if they could get me a new one and they’re back in the back like saying this is ridiculous and they’re just bratty workers.
Beautiful atmosphere; I really enjoy the art. Their matcha lattes are amazing, and the service was excellent.
