I stopped by to order my usual drink, a 16 oz white chocolate mocha. I’ve ordered this drink for years and know exactly what it is, white chocolate syrup or powder with espresso and milk. When I asked for it, the barista repeatedly explained that a mocha is basically hot chocolate with coffee or two shots of espresso in it, and the conversation kept going in circles even though I clarified that I specifically wanted a white chocolate mocha. Arron the manager decided to talk about me in a negative light towards the rest if the staff and painted me out to be a Karen when all I ever wanted was them to make one drink correctly. If you’re neurodivergent be prepared to be made fun of like I was. Never coming here again or shopping with Kaladi’s brothers as they allow this unprofessional behavior to lead.
