I’ve been going to Kala Nail Spa since they opened! I always get treated so nicely and my nails look amazing! Excellent customer service and I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Rude customer service and didn’t listen to request service for 10 year old step daughter and asked for standard pedicure and was done in less than 10 minutes and stated that she didn’t have much that needed to be done and tried to argue with me that the scrub and hot towel was done and was not as I watched the entire thing next to her. Then was talking negative in her native language in a facetious tone! Sorry, not stupid to know that tech was talking negative about me because I made a complaint. Very unprofessional!

Horrible attitude and questionable ethics! I went to this nail salon today. I walked in and asked for a color change. The lady (suspected owner) started to do a manicure. I said, “All I want is a color change”. She said, “It’s $25”. I said, “All I want is a color change. That can’t be $25”. She said, “I’ve already started.
