I can’t say enough good things about Cole and Lewis at Kal Tire! After another mechanic missed a hole/ nail in my tire, Cole stepped up and saved the day. With the help of Lewis who was able to fit me in on short notice, Cole diagnosed the problem right away, and had the patch done incredibly fast. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient—exactly what you hope for when you’re in a pinch. I left feeling safe and taken care of. They have No Clue on how to do an alignment.
Renovated sitting area. Coffee, tea, water. Knowledgeable staff. I've been coming here for years. I have new tires and rims and my older Acura is now a car I am happy to drive.
