Kal Tire has been my go to over the last 10 years. When this location opened close to home I was very excited. They carry the brand of snow tires I prefer and trust. They ordered them in, and got them on my car quick last winter. This year I wanted them on separate rims, again great service, quick and hassle free for me. Superb experience with Jeff and his team…excellent communication, trouble free tire purchase/installation and excellent quality new tires and value! Tops in the league of our city’s best automotive shops for sure (and we have many), check them out for your tire needs, you’ll be very happy you did! 😀
Poor service, blew a tire on highway 2, would sell us a tire but would not install it for us after waiting on hold for 10 minutes they ended up hanging up on us, odd that a tire shop doesn't want to change tires but anyways ended up going to rollmaster and had a wonderful experience there, will not be going back to kal anytime soon.
Always a positive experience when our cars need servicing, repairs, or checkups. Staff are great and very communicative when it comes to any issues they may find.
