I’ been going to Kal Tire for many years and have never had a bad experience. They staff are always friendly and service is great! I like that they don’t push work on you when they notice that there might be an issue whether immediate or down the road. They will happily give you a quote and allow you to make the decision. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to them!
Fantastic and efficient service. Had a “little” tire issue which was dealt with right away. Definitely recommend this shop.
Have had my tires switched over twice at this location. Last time my hub caps was over tightened and cracked then fell off after driving. Just had them recently switched over again and put a note on the file to not over tighten the hub caps because they crack easy. And just seen that 2 of the caps were broken once again, one has already fallen off when driving. 150$ of hubcaps replaced now
Great service. Quick, no issues, friendly staff.
Service has been okay the few times I have gone there. They do the job quickly, except a bit too quick as they forgot to program my TPMS and left my rear tires pressures with a 80kPa difference between them. Update: brought a summer flat in to be repaired. Kal Tire repaired without issue. The problem was, when we went to put the summer tires back on, a different tire shop informed us that the repair job that Kal tire did shouldn’t have been done on that tire.
