In early April, I brought my car in to have my summer tires installed. The scheduling process was great, and I was able to get a speedy appointment, which I really appreciated. The only issue was that about six weeks after the tire change, I noticed that all four of my tires looked very low. When I checked them, they were all sitting around 15-20 PSI. The staff was very friendly and professional :) was very helpful, we had to take our car back for another check up for alignment, he took us in and did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the service! We got a set of new tires and the staff took time to explain the warranty with us.
Today I went to Kal Tire to have my seasonal tires swapped out. Alexis was incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles and answered any questions I had. The swap did not take long at all and Alexis relearned my tire pressure monitoring system which I had no concept of before today's visit. The business side of things were quick, painless, and informative as well. I would recommend going to Kal Tire for your tire needs.
