Excellent and professional service at its best
My car had been in storeage all winter so I stopped in to have the tire pressure checked. The friendly staff did it quickly and free. I normally do this myself but my back has been giving me problems so I was very gratetful to be able to sit in the car while they took care of business.
Easy and fast service. Bought new tires back in Jan 2026, got a nail in my tire because of course I did 🙄. I dropped in without an appointment and they took good care of me and ordered me a new tire (under warranty of course). Getting it on tomorrow 🙃. Highly recommend coming here!
Dropped the car off as it’s usually busy and runs hours past the appointment time. No phone call once it was finished. They just all decided to go home with my keys in the shop. You don’t even get a hello when you come into this shop. Customer service definitely needs some work.
I’ve had two poor experiences with Kal Tire that I feel are worth sharing. Back in November/December, I went in for a seasonal tire swap. During that visit, I was upsold on a wheel alignment. A few weeks later, after having suspension work done elsewhere, I mentioned the recent alignment to two different mechanics at separate shops.
