I called wanting to ask about getting a tire switched over. I have a flat. I just need a new tire put on. Waited on hold over nine minutes. When I called the person didn’t even give me an option to ask a question. Just automatically put me on hold. After nine minutes, nobody came back, hung up and I’m going else wear.. this pretty standard practice for this location because I’ve had this issue anytime I’ve called.
Exceptional service from start to finish! I felt completely comfortable and was never pressured or up sold. Gave me quotes that were accurate and honest, and Steve was both professional and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend Kal Tire on Warman Road!
