Needed an emergency winter tire replacement. Not only did they have the best price for the tire, they were able to fit me in same day. Employees were pleasant and professional, let all customers coming through know what beverage options they had and pointed out the bathroom. I've experienced way worse service at a dealership I spent $30K at, so I was very impressed by Kal Tire. Normally I like Costco but the speed, efficiency, and pricing here may have knocked them from the #1 spot.

Visited Kal because another tire place told me my tire couldn’t be repaired as it had a nail in it that was sideways. As Kal was in the process of putting my new tires on, they came out to ask why I needed new ones. I told them about the nail, and they said the nail is completely fixable. I told them I was advised I only had 6/32nds left anyway, so they double checked, and I had 8. So they immediately stopped putting on the new ones, and fixed my tire!
