Pretty disappointed in the way this branch chose to conduct business with us. My husband needed a new battery for his small commuter car. I expected the cost of a battery for his car to be under $250, plus of course service and installation fees. Without consulting us prior, they chose to install a nearly $350 premium battery, which we would never have agreed to, as it is not needed for the climate or way we use the car. I was in a pinch with a flat tire and a ferry to catch! They repaired my tire and I was able to catch my ferry. Customer service was 10/10 and would recommend
The team at Kal Tire on Douglas Street are fantastic! Fixed my flat tire in no time, thank you so much!
They took my tire for repair and did it even if they were full for the day. The staff looks professional and has good customer service.
