Very bad, didn't want to repair a tire that had a nail in it. Not even after explaining that I am en route to Ucluelet and can't wait a day for the repair. Found Mr. Lube instead who confirmed the tire is definitely repairable (update:) and they fixed it immediately.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service and great competitive prices. Worth to buy brand new tires for your car instead of used, based on their provided overall price and customer service. Really happy with my new tires.
Trustworthy service of my vehicle. Consistent each visit and no unnecessary services offered. I started with Kal-Tire buying tires at their North Vancouver location but now bring my car for brakes and oil changes and general repair now that I live in Victoria.
Worst service. Their staff don't have any basic knowledge. I won't recommend
