I had some of my tires changed here and noticed a deep, fresh gauge in the sidewall near the rim on two of my tires afterwards. The damage appears to be cosmetic, but I would have appreciated it if the shop had owned up to their mistake instead of denying it.

Booked an oil change and a free tire rotation (bought tires from them). They didn't do my tire rotation, claiming it didn't need to be done, and I am still waiting for them to complete the oil change 3.5 hours later. The operating hours are over, so they asked me to pay and are making me wait outside. No apologies from the staff. I can see my truck. Hood is up, but no one is working on it. Plenty of staff spraying and squeegeeing the floor though... Don't go here!!
Drove over some shattered glass (that we tried to avoid), visiting from out of province. They helped us immediately. Incredible service and so friendly!! Thanks guys!!! Highly recommend You saved our vacation!!!
