I came in looking for a tire repair. Simon patiently explained that I required an alignment and pointed out the tire wear which confirmed it. He provided several alternatives for replacement tires. Good value and professional service.
I am supremely disappointed in my experience with Kal Tire last week. After driving over a cotter pin, I brought my tire in to be repaired. I was told that there was no way this tire could be repaired, and was made to order a new one. When I returned for my appointment, I was told that the system had double booked appointments, and that they were at least 45 minutes behind...but then was told the tire never arrived. They used to be good . But the last few times they seem to always lose something. And my winter tires were not put in right after being there 3 times , first time they didn't have my tires down there , second time they had the tire but something was missing they had missed place some of the parts so fine i order it in and paid for something they lost from the first time change. i thought i give them another chance since we arent prefect and today we took it in to swap our summers we found out they lost the lock key when they... read more
We were in Lethbridge for a tour of the UofL campus. My truck developed a leak in a tire and the guy's at Kal Tire said they could fit me in for a fix. I still had a 7 hour drive ahead of me to get back home and told them so. They charged me for a tire fix and replaced the valve stem. 2.5 hours later my tire was losing pressure again and quickly. Noticed my spare tire hanging down from under my car and popped over here to see if they could help..WOW...Simon immediately checked things over, resecured the tire and made sure I was safe to drive and didn't charge me. What a good deed. I'll be back !!
