Service not that good. Had an appointment for 4:00 for new tires and was told they were running late by 90 minutes. Went back and picked up my car at 5:30 as they could get my vale stem Capps off two tires as they were stuck on. Made another appointment for 2:30 next day. Went back next day and finally got car out at 4:15.
Ridiculously fast service from an amazing crew!
I came in looking for a tire repair. Simon patiently explained that I required an alignment and pointed out the tire wear which confirmed it. He provided several alternatives for replacement tires. Good value and professional service.
I am supremely disappointed in my experience with Kal Tire last week. After driving over a cotter pin, I brought my tire in to be repaired. I was told that there was no way this tire could be repaired, and was made to order a new one. When I returned for my appointment, I was told that the system had double booked appointments, and that they were at least 45 minutes behind...but then was told the tire never arrived.
