We were in Lethbridge for a tour of the UofL campus. My truck developed a leak in a tire and the guy's at Kal Tire said they could fit me in for a fix. I still had a 7 hour drive ahead of me to get back home and told them so. They charged me for a tire fix and replaced the valve stem. 2.5 hours later my tire was losing pressure again and quickly. Noticed my spare tire hanging down from under my car and popped over here to see if they could help..WOW...Simon immediately checked things over, resecured the tire and made sure I was safe to drive and didn't charge me. What a good deed. I'll be back !!
This tire shop couldnt change my winter tires to my summer tires and in the process wrecked my tire and put my spare tire on and now im out a 500 dollar winter tire and all they told me is to pound sand do not take any vehicle to this lower then adequate tire shop
If I could rate lower I would. Brought my car in to have summer tires put on. They said they can't remove old tires. Left the front tire leaking. And now I have a back tire that is leaking they put my donut on it and told me there's nothing they could do. I will never go back again.
Absolute garbage tire shop. "We dont have that chuck here" what ai was told just trying to get air for the work dually. What kind of tire shop doesnt have a double ended chuck. Garbage completely unprepared. Go to north side
