I had to replace 6 new tires with 6 new tires with a higher weight allowance for my commercial account. I buy all my tires from Kal tire.The other kal tire on 9th, where i did the changeover called the manager from this branch to see if he would give me a break on cost, and sell my removed tires because i was out of province and could not sell the tires myself. He said not for any price break at all. I was on my own. Not a nice way to treat a customer who buys all his tires with Kal, and breaks, etc.
Simon, Brantley, & all the crew at Kal Tire south in Lethbridge, get a 6 out of 5 stars in our book time after time .... We will continue to go to them for all of our tire needs ...
Tis place doesn't deserve the star i gave them came here 4 a alignment the guy wanted to charge me $3800 in front end work some stuff I had jst chaged 4 months b4 so I took it to kirks magically didn't need any work to do a alignment I'll save u all ALOT of money go to kirks first tis place can't be Trusted.
Service not that good. Had an appointment for 4:00 for new tires and was told they were running late by 90 minutes. Went back and picked up my car at 5:30 as they could get my vale stem Capps off two tires as they were stuck on. Made another appointment for 2:30 next day. Went back next day and finally got car out at 4:15.
