I don’t know why there are so many low star reviews. It seems like there are a lot of entitled people that expect hand and foot when it comes to something they chose to get done same day when most tire companies these days require appointments. Anyways, my parents brought In a tire for me on Saturday and they were told it would be done before the end of the day, and I ended up picking it up at 1? That’s way before end of day. Absolutely amazing and efficient service!
Horrible customer service provided by the checking personal. I stopped by today for emergency flat tire, which I had explained to the teller that the tire was very flat and the didn’t include a spare tire. He could only take the repair in afternoon
Want to give 0 star if I can worst place to get your tire repaired make me wait for an hour and 45 mins just to get my truck in bay nobody was there it's Friday and I got here 11:00 am daytime no cars no trucks still they took 3 hrs for a flat tire never gonna be here again. Worst saltine location I ever been too I can see no cars or trucks to work on wasting time for nothing if you guys don't want to waste your time Avoid this place
Had an appt at 2:30, showed up 15 minutes prior. Was told the new tire install would take 90 minutes. Came back 90 minutes later amd the truck never left...
