I got into my car Tuesday morning to head to work and found that my tire was almost flat - when I went to fill it up I could see a screw had punctured my tread. I called Kal Tire, very upset and worried I wasn't going to make it to work- Danny put me at ease right away and told me to get there asap and they would take care of me. This was despite having a full work load that morning. They saved the day and I'm so grateful - not only for their efficient reliable service, but especially for their kindness. Shout out to Danny!
Brought in my f350 after I picked up a screw at the gas station, called and asked if they could fix it quickly before closing got there at 6pm as they were closing down for the night. Dealt with Todd he kept the store open for me and dident charge! Super happy with the service from these guys
