Refused to price match a valid price, from an installing tire shop located in BC. Per the website, they guarantee price match. In store, they said they won’t.
Danny was amazing and got us back on the road after an unexpected bolt in a tire. He was so friendly and kind. The service was quick and very appreciated.
Out of all of the Kal Tire locations I've been served by, over many years, this is my favorite. Danny and his team are 10 out 10 in my books. Always friendly, very helpful, and if a mistake is made by them or another Kal Tire location, they go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.
