They swapped out my old tires pretty quick, and they price was fair.
We called to book an appointment to get the front break checked as they were making grinding noises. We got an appointment and we were told it would take 30 minutes. We had our back breaks done two months ago and they said the front were fine. We get there, drop the vehicle, they tell us it would be 90 minutes and that breaks can go from good to done in two months even though i use the vehicle only a few days a week. I got air in my tires today at a co-op but the psi didn’t go up on my dash/psi reading. I didn’t know what went wrong. I called the St James location and a nice guy said I could just pop in after work. The same guy was there when I went in, he grabbed his hat and came out and checked all my tires and inflated them for me! He said there was no cost. That was so nice, I wish I caught his name. Thank you for helping me today!
Good service. Took my truck in for safety and they did the same day.
