Absolutely recommend. I was sure my brakes needed replacing and booked an appointment. They called me and told me that my brakes were fine, checked out my lines etc. free of charge, it turns out my brakes are not my problem. I was fully ready to pay for the whole replacement and they could've easily replaced everything and not told me I was still good. They're honest and kind. Will be going here for any services they offer that I need in the future.
Every time I interact with the staff at KalTire on Sooke Road I am pleased. The sales to pick up experience is great. Their wide selection of tires helps but it also puts them on stage to make a recommendation based on their customers needs. I feel like they deal with integrity which has earned my loyalty.
