I showed up first thing in the morning with a flat tire and was greeted by friendly, courteous staff who fit me in right away. I was really pleased with the level of customer service—they were helpful and efficient. While $60 for a tire patch felt a bit steep (I've paid about half that elsewhere), Kal Tire has always treated me well. I don’t mind paying a bit more for service I can trust.
Theae guys are fabulous. Always professionial, friendly and fast. They always treat my team and I well and get our vans back on the road swiftly.
We found our van eith a flat tire like a pancake on the road right by Kal Tire. Staff came to the van, changed the tire, repaired it and out ut back on, all in two hours on a busy Saturday. To top off tbe goid service, it was free dince we gad bought the tires there. Many thanks to great staff and great service!

After assembling my project truck with new wheels & tires this kal tire mounted & balanced, it never drove as good as it should. I assumed there was a larger issue with the truck at the time as i trusted the work done, and thought maybe it was as good as it would get. I finally got fed up and wanted to find out what was going on. First step was to have the wheels/tires checked for balance. I pulled them off and took to another local shop for a check & rebalance.
