One of the service members, Duncan, was extremely helpful and friendly. Made sure we were taken care of, customer service was great, and work was done in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend this Kal-tire location.
First rate staff and great service I wont go anywhere else for tires and everything else related.
I found one of my tires was flatter on my way to work. Getting concerned so I went to Kal, the staff were very friendly and offer to help. They checked the pressure and pump it for me for free! They also provided me a quick quote around $50, as obviously there was a leakage, I will definitely come back soon for a repair, hope the experience will be as pleasant as this one.
Knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. Always the best service.
