I purchased wheels and tires from Kal Tire with the clear understanding that seasonal rotations would be free—this is part of their Customer Care Plan and was honored without issue at the Port Alberni location. My last rotation there for my vehicle was done at no cost, as expected. I went in to get a flat tire repaired. It took longer than expected, though they did apologize for the delay. What really ticked me off was getting back to my vehicle and finding dusty dirt (or dried mud) all over the door sill. I had just detailed my vehicle, so this felt like a total gut punch.

I had my tire blow out late at night on my small utility trailer that I just bought and had to sleep in my truck until morning. The threads were reversed, studs stripped and knew this was going to be a big problem. I was able to remove the tire and bring it to this location. I was so exhausted that I forgot his name but he instantly made me feel taken care of.
