Fast professional service. 2nd time getting tires here - very happy with the quality and selection and pricing. Highly recommend.
Good and professional service at this Kal Tire. I came in worried about something on my tire, and they were quick to help, assessing it and giving me peace of mind. I also go to them for seasonal wheel changes.
I purchased tires from Kal Tire two years ago and was told they came with a warranty. However, when I recently brought them in, I was informed that the warranty did not apply. The tire showed normal wear from regular use—there were no unusual circumstances that should have voided the coverage. I’m very disappointed with the misleading warranty policy. I would not recommend buying tires from here or relying on their warranty promises.
This year seems to be the year of tire disaster for me. I was commuting to work along the 401 and ended up with a punctured tire (and how) as well as a torn-up wheel well. I called for a tow, and Kal Tire was open. I called ahead and they were kind enough to accommodate me. Once I got there, the helpful staff assessed what needed to be done and assured me that they would be able to order in the tires and get me out of there before closing (they required 2 tires - all-wheel drive - so even more impressive).
