Really bad customer service Very disappointing experience at Kal Tire Dartmouth today. I brought my cube van in to have six tires changed and was treated very disrespectfully by a technician name ( joe ) who used inappropriate and offensive language when speaking about the job. I was disappointed with my experience with the tire-changing service. The attendant I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional when communicating about the service. I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. The tire service itself could be improved, but the attitude and way the attendant spoke to me were the main reasons for my dissatisfaction. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

Had an issue with a set of small tires. A couple of other tire shops attempted to resolve the issue, but were unsuccessful. Took them to this location on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend, the guys were happy to help and resolved the issue within minutes. Highly recommend this location. Workshop and waiting room were immaculate. Staff were outstanding. They would not even accept payment for the work. Amazing!
