Got my trailer tire replaced a month ago. They charged over 200$ just for 1 tire. And the tire ran for only 1 month and has a big cut on the wall. It’s a manufacturing defect. I called them they said no warranty’s on trailer tire. They just selling cheap Chinese tires. Don’t go here ever. Try amazon and other brands. I got the tire with rim for just 180$ from amazon.
Zach and staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Been coming here for a few years now. Often have the best deals on decent tires. My goto tire place, hands down. Be careful of the automated service directory. You might be diverted to a call center that isn't as knowledgeable as the actual location staff. Ask to speak to the location directly. Thanks again Zach (hope I got your name right, lol).
Marlies was amazing. I walked in, and she took care of everything. I was amazed too with her integrity and honesty. I did not realize that my tires had been done by them as I am the 2nd owner. But she told me that they were, some how she knew, and my repair was covered under warranty. Something like this has never happened to me. She could have just charged me and I would never know. But she didn't. All I can say is WOW. this is the place to go for all my car needs. And I certainly will. Thank you Marlies!
This Karl Tire location is absolutely amazing! We did had to come back for a TPMS sensor that was missed or something during a tire replacement. But when we came back, they got our vehicle in right away and fixed it! Thank you guys!
Good service, friendly, I’ve been coming here for years to get my tires changed, recently had a flat tire and brought in my own new tire. They changed the rim, but forgot to put in the TPS that was in my flat tire. Brought my vehicle back in and they installed a new TPS Thank you guys
