I'm not the type of person that writes reviews but I am constantly happy with the service I get at the lowen crescent location. They take the time to explain what needs explaining and do their best to give you a complete and detailed service. The extra things they do really help me feel like if I miss something there is someone who will be there to help remind or tell me what I'm missing.
Great experience as always. Booked appointment a few days before to get a vehicle inspection on my 2024 Tesla. Takes approx 1 1/2 hours. Complementary coffee. Highly recommended. Staff is friendly and will try to accommodate you if you need to drop in unexpectedly (i.e. Flat tire).
The service is excellent as usual. After several years, there are still zero problems.
