Customer service experience was brutal. I'm talking about the absolute BASICS of customer service. For example, greeting a customer when they walk in the door, asking them how's it going, telling them you'll be with them in a moment if you're in the middle of wrapping something up on your computer..I got none of that when i walked in. This happened a few years ago. I took my truck in for an oil change. First time not taking it to the dealership that I bought from brand new. I get home from the oil change and notice an oil puddle in my driveway under my truck. I opened the hood to find that the mechanic at kal tire forgot to replace the oil fill cap. I had oil all over my engine compartment! I went back to kal tire and was brushed off by the attendant until I got angry. They took in my truck and merely rinsed the engine compartment with water. I popped into kal Tire because I had my light go on for my oil. The guy that assist me was absolutely wonderful. He topped up some of my oil and sent me on my way free of charge. I was very grateful
