As a woman, you can feel reluctant to walk into a tire shop, but this place completely changed my perception. I visited the Kal Tire location at 1-1851 Lougheed Hwy between June 19 and June 21, 2025, with my 2009 Honda CR-V, concerned about a slight pull to the right. I specifically requested a wheel alignment check. At no point did I ask for the replacement of wheel bearings, but the team advised me that faulty front bearings were the cause and recommended replacing them. My tire warning light came on, so I stopped by to put some air in. They let me know that a patch was needed, and even without an appointment—just 30 minutes before closing—they took care of it right away. The service was incredibly friendly and professional.
