Full brake assembly had to be replaced after 3.5 years. Pads, rotors and calipers ALL HAD TO BE REPLACED. 6 months after warranty expired. Unwilling to take their loss and fix it properly. Calipers and rotors shouldn't even be considered for replacement for 8+ years, nevermind calipers. Be careful this place is terrible and customer service is useless.
Staff were super helpful and resourceful. My appointment was quick and easy, and they also have a waiting area with armchairs, coffee and tea, and a television.
No customer service. Had an issue after tire change. The staff told me that he would call me next day to discuss the issue but no call recieved even after a week.

I came to pick up a tire through work . I’m still new at my job and they were very kind and helped me with any questions I had and helped me out step by step. I believe the workers name was Cody , he was very professional, helpful and helped me out fast and took care of any paperwork issues.
