What great service! Came from Clearwater to Kamloops with a horrible staffing sound. Called, was explained the potential servixe fee in advance (very important, good job) and when I arrived my car was taken in right away. They checked both sidea and found a dragging plate on the opposite side I had said the noise was coming from. Plate bent straight, tire replaced no problem. What a relief! Way to go Kal, I am glad I didn't get stuck on the Highway because I can always count on you wherever in BC or beyond you are.
Appointment at noon, quoted 3 hours. So I waited 3.5 hours and they still have 1.5 hours to go, didnt even start til 1. Why was my appointment at noon? Ive been waiting around with 3 people.
Had a last minute need for alignment and balancing before heading out of town. These guys found some additional points of interest that I had not caught on my own. Very thankful they gave me the breakdown of what I should keep my eye on in the future and not pushing me to get it all done right away.
Got me in quick for a rotate. But way over priced my suggestion is call around if in kamloops. Heard a guy tell them it was cheaper at another kaltire. And i stopped for retorque and asked price for what i got and they told me they hear lots of complaints on there prices from them. Definitely stealing your money.
