Called ahead the day before to ensure they had the tire we required for a motor home- they did & at a good price. We arrived at a decent time the next am, knowing it was first time first serve . Our tire did not get put on until 2 pm! There was not hardly anyone in the bays when we arrived before 10 Am. Took them 1 hour once they got at it . I brought my vehicle in for a new set of tires. This vehicle had new steering components installed before bringing to the shop for tires and alignment. (Have receipts for parts) iIdler and pitman not replaced as they showed no play and no reason to replace. Mechanic on shift tried telling me I had worn out steering components and would not do the wheel alignment. Had to argue with the tech and show him how to properly diagnose worn components. Great and easy experience! I did research online and Kal Tire was cheaper than any other tire shop. It was also really easy to order and book the appointment online. Staff was very friendly as well. Definitely will be coming back here for when I need new winters!
Great staff
Not impressed Drove here for first in line. Truck goes in as soon as I get here. Was promised a quick turnaround round to change one tire as I was in a time crunch. Been an hour and a half now and truck still on jacks no tire on and still needs a balancing. Seriously.
