This location made my day. Right from the moment I called and spoke with Callie to have my tire looked at. When I arrived I was taken care of immediately and only had to wait a very short time. The young lady Callie went above and beyond what I am used to for customer service as she was so welcoming and friendly. Great job.

What great service! Came from Clearwater to Kamloops with a horrible staffing sound. Called, was explained the potential servixe fee in advance (very important, good job) and when I arrived my car was taken in right away. They checked both sidea and found a dragging plate on the opposite side I had said the noise was coming from. Plate bent straight, tire replaced no problem. What a relief! Way to go Kal, I am glad I didn't get stuck on the Highway because I can always count on you wherever in BC or beyond you are.
Appointment at noon, quoted 3 hours. So I waited 3.5 hours and they still have 1.5 hours to go, didnt even start til 1. Why was my appointment at noon? Ive been waiting around with 3 people.
