The bathroom sign is an all gender bathroom instead of man/women. This is extremely disrespectful to women and women's rights. Men dont get to be women and women dont get to be men. Period. Do better Kal tire.
Very poor customer experience. I had an appointment to get brand new Nokian Tires put on my car. I dropped my car off on time at 1:30. I was told it would take about 90 minutes, om great. At 2:48 they call me to say there's some uneven brake wear and they recommend cleaning the brakes. I ask how long it will take, 20 minutes. Ok sure go ahead. If you would like to pick up your car and worse shape than you dropped it off, bring your car down to Kal tire on Victoria. Got two new tires installed on rims. Came back to a flat tire and the other rim destroyed. Great work done here. Wouldn’t wish this service on anyone.
After I had my appointment with having my tires changed over, I noticed a wobble in my vehicle. I went back later that day and they fit me in at 4pm to have it fixed. The tires had to be rebalanced. I had them on their own fins and never thought of the rebalance. Great service, polite knowledgeable technicians and very clean shop. Would recommend Kal Tire on Victoria Street, Kamloops to anyone. Heard nothing but good reviews on them. That's why I went there. Will definitely go back.
