Cool service and great staff
They fit me in a couple hrs after calling to book an appointment. Fast and efficient.
Waited in service area, no service person came in a reasonable time so I went elsewhere.
We had a very positive experience at this Kal Tire location. Our son's car was towed there late Sunday evening with a flat tire and a blown out spare. This stressful situation was handled with sincere care and they went over and above to get him back on the road safely and quickly. Communication was excellent and they checked his battery and alternator as well - all at no charge as we bought his winter tires from Kal. I’ve visited this location twice now, and both times my experience with Mathew, the sales person, was very disappointing. His attitude came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily arrogant. I left feeling very unwelcome. When I went to another Kal Tire location with the exact same inquiry, the staff there were helpful, respectful, and professional a huge contrast.
