Brought new summer rims and tires here to be put on. While changing to my winter tires discovered a broken stud which they cross threaded when putting on the summer tires. Tried to tell me I did it, but you can’t cross thread a lug nut on a stud while taking it off, can only be done when tightening it, which they were the ones who did. 150$ and 2.5hrs to replace 1 stud. Don’t come here

“I purchased a part from Kaltire, and it turned out to be of very poor quality, causing damage to my vehicle. I had to spend a significant amount of money on repairs. My wife took her vehicle in to get winter tires. The shop called my wife asking if they could lubricate her front brakes. She was just there for tires. I’m assuming they were thinking of the rubber membrane in the caliper( that they didn’t disassemble yet but I bet they were hoping to find something that they had to replace. it’s this kind of entitled misogyny in this day and age that they still feel they can take advantage of a women.

They did my rear breaks and calipers and the bolts fell out of one of my calipers and destroyed all the work they did within days after working on it and my trucks been in one of their shops for over a week ever since. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will never be coming back.
