Was in Langford when I had a brake failure. I pulled into Kal Tire and was able to get the repairs made with out a appointment the same day. The staff there are truly profesionals. A shout out to James and the Mechanic that worked on my car. I was there all morning and took notice on how well counter staff dealt with all customers coming and going.
