I have brand new tires and I ran over a nail so i plugged my tire i need air so I went to kal tire langford the young girl at the desk said ok I bring the tire over she acting all strang like she the tire whisper then says idk if I can give you air then this guy comes over talking about taking my tire off the rim and inspecting it at a cost I'm like all i want is air in my tire thats the hole reason I'm here was to get air he refused me so I went to Costco had no problems really friendly
They always look after their customers in the best way they can! The service you can with the tires you buy there are worse the price you pay. Quality tire, flat repair, and tire inflation tests whenever needed.
Have dealt here for a few years(Kal Tire Langford) with my vehicle and my wifes. Booked an appointment to have a rear window break light bulb replaced. The bulb cost .77 cents and the labor was $93.00?? I couldn't believe it. I called the next day and was told that was what the computer billing indicated for this job. No remorse whatsoever. They should be ashamed.
