I’ve been coming here for a year and always receive excellent service. I bought my tires from Kal Tire and get my free tire rotations done here as well. The team always takes great care of my vehicle, is professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!
I took in a ride on lawn mower tire that had a nail in it. When I came to pick it up it was $71.54. Outrageous!! I could have bought a new tire for half that price. If I had been told the price in advance I would not have left the tire with them and just bought one. I haven't paid that much for a nail in my truck tire even. Never going there again.
Brought my car in for a wheel alignment, was treated extremely poorly and spoken down to. Was deceived and given wrong information. My loyalty to kal tire has been extremely tarnished and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
Took my truck to Kal Tire on Millstream for a wheel alignment and had a very disappointing experience. After inspecting the truck, they claimed the alignment could not be performed because several tie rod ends and drag link ends were supposedly too worn out. They also said they would need additional labour charges to remove my steering stabilizer bracket before they could even attempt the alignment. Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn’t fix my tire, they wouldn’t give me air (I had a flat) they wouldn’t even let me plug into their power to use my own compressor to fill up my tire. (I just needed to go two blocks to get home) They made me drive my Mach 1 out of there on the rim! I will NEVER do business with kal tire again after having my account with them for 20+ years!!
